Retreats & Gatherings

Spaces to slow down, reflect together, and remember we’re not in it alone.

I create and hold retreats, circles, and community gatherings that offer space to pause, listen, reflect, and reconnect.

At the heart of these spaces is a belief that reflection doesn't have to happen alone. There is something powerful about being witnessed, learning alongside others, sharing stories, and remembering that our experiences are often more connected than we realise.

Rooted in belonging, connection, and care, I design spaces where people can explore what is shifting within them while also paying attention to the relationships, communities, places, and environments that shape us.

What these spaces hold

Each gathering looks a little different, but they often weave together reflection, dialogue, embodied practices, and creativity, to explore how things are landing in our bodies, our stories, and our relationships.

I care about creating enough structure for people to feel held, while leaving enough spaciousness for what emerges in the room. I pay attention not only to what we are doing, but to how the space feels: the pace, the energy, the invitations, the transitions, and the relationships being formed.

Some spaces are intimate and reflective. Others are more playful, communal, or immersive. Some are designed around a particular theme or question, while others simply offer an opportunity to pause and be together.

Some spaces I created

Monthly Reflection Circles

For more than three years, I have held free monthly reflection circles, creating a recurring space for people to pause at the end of a month, look back on what has been, and consider what they want to carry forward.

These circles are simple by design: thoughtful prompts, honest conversation, and the opportunity to reflect alongside others.

Fall Forward

A women's program exploring transitions, uncertainty, and the possibility of moving forward without needing to have everything figured out.

Through reflection, conversation, and practices for connecting more deeply with ourselves, the program invited participants to consider what they were ready to release, what they wanted to move towards, and how they could meet themselves with greater compassion along the way.

30 Days Presence

A mindfulness-based program with guided meditations and journaling, designed as an invitation to bring more attention to the everyday thoughts and emotions that may need unpacking.

Rather than treating presence as something separate from daily life, the program explored small, accessible ways of noticing, slowing down, and reconnecting with the present moment.

Feeling at Home: A Journey into Belonging, Identity & Roots

A residential retreat exploring our relationship with home, identity, belonging, and roots.

This retreat brought together somatic practices, reflection, circles, journaling, and time in nature to explore what home means to us, and how we might cultivate a deeper sense of belonging within ourselves, with one another, and in the places we inhabit.

Creating spaces together

I don't believe meaningful community spaces need to be created alone.

Some of the spaces I have most enjoyed creating have emerged through collaboration - with people, communities, organisations, and facilitators who bring their own experiences, perspectives, and practices into the process.

I'm interested in co-creating with people who share a commitment to belonging, care, reflection, connection, and more intentional ways of being together.

This might look like bringing a retreat or gathering to an existing community, designing a series of reflective sessions together, partnering with another facilitator, or creating something entirely new in response to what a particular group is needing.

Let’s create something together

If you're part of a community, organisation, or group and are curious about creating a retreat, reflection space, women's circle, gathering, or learning experience, I'd love to hear what you're imagining.

We can explore what your community needs, what kind of space might support them, and what we might create together.
