My approach is collaborative and iterative where I spend time understanding unique lived experiences and create a space that has the foundation of trust and safety. I prioritize meaningful human connection and relationship-building to transform the hearts and minds of your community.
Over the last ten years, I’ve built various in-person and virtual experiences that:
Integrate accessible storytelling and allow participants to authentically share and listen
Allow for brave and vulnerable reflections, so we can deepen our learning and growth
Showcase the power of community and how social wellness is a key antidote on our wellbeing journey
Ask questions and facilitate activities that inspire deeper reflection and encourage different approaches and thinking
Encourage exploring, experimenting, and embodying the beginners mindset to get closer to what feels in alignment
Work through both the body and mind and understand how our physical sensations are directly connected to our emotions and thoughts
Help us embrace the constant change and transitions and understand our evolving identities
Allow us to feel more connected to not just ourselves and each other, but also to our environment

Workshop Themes
I offer bi-weekly or monthly wellbeing hours for organizations and teams and also offer stand-alone immersive workshops and learning opportunities on several topics to help deepen connection to self, to others, and to our purpose.
These workshops offer a mix of practical tools, credible content, reflective practices, and facilitated dialogue. While we may not be labeling this work under the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) pillar, many of these conversations also serve the intention to create spaces that embody and integrate DEI.
