Returning to Self is a 6-week women’s program designed to guide you back to your essence. It’ll ask you to slow down, to tune in, to listen deeply, and to reconnect, so you have the space to grow with deeper trust and intention.

What we’ll uncover together
Returning to Self supports you in bringing awareness to your whole self and connects you with your body, mind, spirit as your guides. Exploring each allows us to uncover the root of both fear and possibility, deepen your connection to who you are becoming, and create a meaningful inner shift. We will cover the following together:
Body:
Listening to cues you receive from the body
Regulating and cultivating a balanced nervous system
Understanding how alignment feels within you
Trusting your emotions and intuition to safely navigate change
Mind:
Auditing areas of your life and wellbeing
Unpacking your conditioning and redefining fulfillment
Connecting with your core values and what drives you
Envisioning and stepping into your aligned future self
Spirit:
Connecting with the greater energy guiding and holding you
Witnessing and accepting your evolution and shifts
Honoring the natural cycles of life
Balancing compassion for self and the collective
What you can expect
1. Weekly 90-min group coaching call
Held on Thursdays from 8pm - 9:30pm IST (Indian Standard Time).
These calls will guide you through a mix of reflection practices, coaching tools, and community sharing to go deeper with a certain theme.
3. Two 50-min 1:1 coaching calls
This will allow for us to go deeper and complement the group work.
A calendar will be shared for you to schedule these during the program.
There is an option to arrange additional 1:1 sessions beyond the two included in the program at a discounted rate for participants.
4. Worksheets, prompts, videos to connect the weekly theme
Each week there will be a lesson, worksheet and prompts shared with you to support with reflection and application before and after the live calls.
Although this work can show up in all aspects of day, you’re encouraged to spend ~2 hours/week consciously integrating this work, whether it’s reflecting during a walk, journaling on a Sunday morning, spending 10 minutes each day on the worksheets, etc.
5. Community group for regular communication and ongoing support
This is an opportunity to stay connected with the group beyond the live calls, share your experience, and support each other.
I’ll continue to share any updates and resources and be accessible for questions and ongoing coaching throughout our journey.

Your Facilitator
I’ve dedicated my life to living with intention and curiosity, embracing all that I am and all I’m becoming. I create spaces for you to navigate life’s ebb and flow with more acceptance and alignment. Through deep listening, I’ll help you tune into your inner voice—beyond the noise—so you feel grounded and equipped for the route ahead. You can expect my guidance to include:

It’s meant to flow with ease, to energize you, to support the integration of habits, thoughts, and conversations that nourish you. Most of all, it’s a gentle invitation to return to yourself in a way that feels grounding and expansive.
